HORIZON 2026
Launching a conference usually means four disconnected products and four bills. This concept puts the launch site, ticketing, attendee app and door check-in under one brand.

The brief
Launching a conference means stitching together a marketing site, a ticketing provider, an attendee app and a door check-in tool — usually four disconnected products, four vendors and four bills, none of which quite match your brand.
What we shipped
The entire thing as one on-brand platform: a cinematic launch site with a background-video hero and live countdown, tiered passes with a full checkout and a digital e-ticket, an attendee portal for building a personal schedule and networking, and an organiser back-office covering sales, attendees, orders and door check-in.
Built for: Conference and event organisers who want one branded platform from ticket sale to the door — and the attendees and operations teams who live in it.

- Generated order and confirmation
- Scannable QR e-ticket
- Add to Apple or Google Wallet

Attendee dashboard and schedule builder
After sign-up, attendees land in their own space — pass and QR, a live countdown, saved sessions, event essentials, announcements and a networking directory — and build a personal agenda from the three-day programme with one tap per session.
- Personal pass, QR and order
- Add or remove any session, saved across visits
- Event essentials and announcements
- Attendee networking directory

Sales and revenue overview
The organiser’s command centre — gross revenue, tickets sold, registrations and sell-through, an eight-week revenue chart, sales split by pass tier, recent orders and a live activity feed.
